Our dedication has three key elements of benefit to all owners in the scheme;
√ Education of new Body Corporate Committees with regards to the requirements and obligations under the BCCM Act and subordinate Regulations and other legislative obligations.
√ Effective Management of the affairs of the Body Corporate and accounts by authority in consultation with the elected Committee with accurate advice regarding the requirements of applicable legislation, Acts and Regulations.
√ Availability of your appointed Body Corporate Manager to support, advise, assist and guide every owner for the overall benefit of the Body Corporate community.
