What is an Emergency?
An emergency is something that requires immediate action to prevent injury, financial loss or an event that requires an immediate response to restore habitation and amenity to a resident.
Everything else can be attended to in normal business hours.
The Emergency Contact Schedule provides examples of what would ordinarily be considered an event that requires immediate action.
Events on Common Property are generally a Body Corporate Issue – Refer to On-Site Caretaker.
Events within a Residence are an Owner’s responsibility – Refer to Letting Agent / Landlord.
Services to more than one lot are a Body Corporate issue – Refer to On-Site Caretaker.
Services to a lot exclusively are typically an Owner’s responsibility – Refer to Letting Agent / Landlord.
